In this workshop we will discover ways to open to the fullness of yoga and enter the timeless realm of inner consciousness. The practices of chanting, meditation, and gentle yoga refresh and heighten our awareness. As we listen to our intuition we develop confidence to trust our inner wisdom, learn to release when necessary, and open to the intelligence and guidance of the universe. These practices are tools that help us to live a more creative and harmonious life.
Uma Reed’s practice is grounded in the traditions of Advaita Vedanta and Bhakti Yoga; her teaching style brings one into the depths of these practices.
Barbara Voinar’s foundation in Siddha and Iyengar yoga has continued to develop under the guidance of many gifted teachers from different traditions, flowing together to create a practice that can nourish both your body and spirit.
